Absolutely not. We have a deductible assistance program that will cover your deductible up to $1,000 and we also provide a rental car during repairs.

That isn't an issue at all. The shops we work with have their own fleet of vehicles and provides a rental car during repairs at no cost to you.

Am I required to go where my insurance tells me to go?

You are NOT required to go where your insurance tells you to go. The choice is yours. If you choose to go to one of their body shops, you are required pay your deductible. They are under contract with your insurance company and have to charge you. Again, the choice is yours.

What if I don't get my vehicle repaired?

If you decide to keep the check and not get it repaired, your insurance may deny you for your next claim or charge you two deductibles. Depending on the severity of the damage, not repairing the hail damage decreases the value of your vehicle up to 60%.

No. Hail damage is caused by natural disaster which typically isn't held against you and does not affect your rates. It is covered under your comprehensive auto coverage.
